We build the electronics, not just the box

Since 2009 we have manufactured the sensing and signal-conditioning layer for industrial weighing: the load cell, the transmitter, the firmware and the cloud that connects them. That vertical scope is unusual, and it is the reason we can answer a technical question rather than forward it.

What we build

Our product range covers the whole chain a weighing system needs. Strain gauge load cells in seven geometries, weighing modules that arrive pre-aligned, transmitters from mV/V through to PROFINET and EtherCAT, panel indicators, sealed junction boxes, industrial IoT gateways that bridge Modbus to MQTT or OPC UA, and complete automation equipment with the controller and software already integrated.

We also build the things nobody lists: the firmware, the configuration utilities, the open SDKs and the cloud platform behind the devices. That is not a sideline. It is why a cell we supply can be re-branded, re-configured and remotely maintained without anyone else being involved.

How we work

Every published figure is measured on our own equipment under stated conditions. Every unit is calibrated across its full scale before it ships, with a certificate whose serial number matches the number on the cell. Every serial number traces back to the spring-element material batch.

We publish what we cannot do alongside what we can. If your application needs a certification we do not hold, or a quantity below our minimum, we will tell you on the first reply rather than after the samples have shipped.

Supply

We commit to a 12-month discontinuation notice on any model that has entered a customer BOM, and keep spare parts available for five years after the last shipment. Where an approved equivalent exists, we supply the cross-reference and the dimensional comparison so your drawings do not have to change.

Talk to us

Tell us the application, the load and the signal your PLC needs. We will shortlist three models and tell you if there is a trap in the specification.
