Terms of sale

1. Quotation and order acceptance
A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An order constitutes an offer to purchase, accepted by us in writing. The specification, quantity, price, delivery term and lead time stated in our written order confirmation are the binding terms.
2. Specifications and tolerances
All figures published on this site are measured under stated laboratory conditions and subject to the tolerances given in the applicable specification sheet. Actual delivered performance may differ where the installation conditions differ from the test conditions — including ambient temperature, vibration, shock loading, electrical interference and the mechanical rigidity of the surrounding structure. Drawings supplied for a product are indicative unless expressly stated as certified.
3. Certification scope
Approvals apply only to the models listed on the certificate and on the relevant product page. Modified or private-label products may require certification to be repeated or extended, and the scope, cost and lead time impact will be stated before the order is accepted. We do not supply certification for equipment we did not manufacture.
4. Samples
Sample cost is credited against the first production order of the same model. Sample units are supplied for evaluation and remain our property until paid for. Unless agreed in writing, samples carry the same warranty terms as production units.
5. Delivery
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and are confirmed at order acceptance. Delivery dates run from receipt of cleared payment and of all technical information required to proceed. Incoterms 2020 apply to all shipments as stated on the order confirmation.
6. Warranty
Warranty periods are stated on the order confirmation and vary by product. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions and proper application within the published specification. It does not cover damage from overload beyond the published ultimate overload, incorrect installation, use outside the specified operating environment, or the effects of electrical interference and mechanical shock beyond the published limits.
7. Liability

8. Intellectual property
Designs, drawings, firmware and documentation supplied under a private-label or ODM arrangement remain the property of the party that created them. We treat customer-supplied technical information as confidential and retain it under your reference only.
