We also record which pages you visit and which files you download, in order to understand which technical content is useful.
2. Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, to ship and support samples, and to fulfil production orders. We use aggregated site statistics to improve the technical content on this website. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Analytics and cookies
We use a privacy-conscious analytics tool to measure which pages and downloads are useful. You can opt out of analytics cookies through the cookie banner. Functional cookies are required for the site to operate and cannot be disabled.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and to meet contractual and legal obligations. Records relating to an executed sales contract are retained for the period required by tax and commercial law in the relevant jurisdiction.
