Load cells, weighing modules and transmitters
Seven cell geometries covering 50 g to 200 t, plus the signal conditioning and the firmware behind them. Every product page carries the full 21-group specification, a dimensional drawing, a STEP model and the approvals that apply to that exact model.
Single-point
Parallel-beam geometry, insensitive to where the load lands on the platform.
Single-ended shear beam
Gauges sit at the neutral axis, so the reading is insensitive to load position along the beam.
Double-ended shear beam
Two-end supported, centre load. The standard under medium and heavy weighbridges.
S-type / S-beam
The only common family that measures tension and compression equally well.
Weighing module
Pre-engineered module with baseplate and rocker assembly, for vessel legs without design work on your side.
Miniature
Compact column cell where installation space is the constraint.
Signal conditioning and connectivity
A load cell alone gives you millivolts. These are the components our engineers usually pair with the cells above.
Weight transmitters
4–20 mA, 0–10 V and RS485/Modbus RTU, single and multi-channel, with per-cell millivolt diagnostics.
Fieldbus versions
Profibus DP, CANopen, CC-Link, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, POWERLINK and Modbus/TCP on selected models.
Weight indicators
Panel and DIN-rail indicators with six-digit displays, four-channel monitoring and digital equalisation.
Junction boxes
Sealed IP67 and IP69K junction boxes with corner trim adjustment for even load distribution across cells.
Industrial IoT gateways
RS485 and Modbus to MQTT or OPC UA, with 4G, Ethernet and dual-SIM failover, local buffering and OTA.
Automation equipment
Complete filling, dosing and checkweighing systems with the controller, the software and the calibration built in.
Not sure which model?
Six questions narrows the range to three candidates with the full specification, drawing and CAD for each. Or send us the model you use today and let the cross-reference do the work.
