Quality, testing and certifications

Industrial buyers do not consume praise, they consume evidence. Every figure we publish is measured under stated conditions, and every unit ships with its own calibration certificate.

Certification matrix

Certificate numbers, covered models and validity dates are stated on each product page. Models not listed are not covered by the approval โ€” this is deliberate, because a generic "we have CE" on a website tells an engineer nothing about whether their specific model is covered.

Per-unit calibration

Every cell is calibrated across its full scale before dispatch, not sampled. The certificate that ships with the unit states the actual measured values against the nominal ones, and the serial number on the certificate matches the number on the cell.

This is what lets you verify a sample against your incumbent on your own bench instead of taking our datasheet on trust.

Material traceability

Every serial number traces back to the spring-element material batch, the bonding and assembly steps, and the calibration record. For ODM customers this is a supply-chain audit requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Batch-level traceability is standard. Serial-level records are available on request.

Test equipment

These are the machines behind the figures on the product pages. If a parameter is not measured on our own equipment, we do not publish it.

  • Force testing machine โ€” tension and compression to 200 kN
  • High / low temperature test chamber
  • Creep test rig โ€” 30-minute constant-load measurement
  • Surface finish and metallurgical inspection
  • Calibration benches for every production cell
  • Environmental stress cycling โ€” humidity and temperature

Inspection steps

  1. 1Raw material audit โ€” metallurgical verification of the spring-element steel and aluminium
  2. 2Bridge integrity โ€” Wheatstone bridge balance and resistance verification
  3. 3Full-scale calibration โ€” 1:1 testing from zero to 100 % capacity
  4. 4Environmental stress testing โ€” high-humidity and temperature cycling for zero-drift stability
  5. 5Fatigue and overload verification
  6. 6Sealing and protection class verification
  7. 7Final dimensional and appearance inspection
  8. 8Per-unit calibration certificate generated and matched to the serial number

Supply commitment

12-month discontinuation notice

On any model that has entered a customer BOM.

5-year spare parts

Availability after the last shipment against any model we supplied.

Approved equivalents

Cross-reference and dimensional comparison supplied with any EOL notice, so drawings do not need to change.
