Two notes before you test

Mount the cell so the load passes through the loading point as the manufacturer intended. Off-axis loading shifts the zero even when the cell is perfectly within specification.
Use shielded cable and keep the run away from motor and power cables. The bridge input is high impedance and will pick up noise that has nothing to do with the load.

If the reading does not match the certificate, send us the raw values.That is exactly what the sample is for, and we would rather resolve it with one unit than after a production order.

What is the minimum sample order?

One piece. Standard catalogue models can be shipped individually, and sample cost is credited against your first production order.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Standard models usually dispatch within 3 to 7 days. Modified or custom-built parts take 4 to 8 weeks including three rounds of correction.

What comes with the sample?

The cell itself, its per-unit calibration certificate with the serial number matching the unit, a printed datasheet, a dimensioned drawing and a wiring diagram.

Can I test it against my incumbent cell?

That is the intended use. Install both in the same fixture, apply the same load and compare the raw readings. Because the certificate gives you the actual measured values, you can compare our cell against your incumbent on your own rig rather than against our datasheet.
