Your brand, our manufacturing

We manufacture load cells, transmitters, gateways and complete weighing systems for brands that sell under their own name but do not want to build a factory. Everything below is what we can do, and what we cannot — so you can judge early whether the fit is right.

✓What we can do

  • ·Rebrand the enclosure, packaging, label, manual and admin console with your logo and colours
  • ·Modify the mechanical interface — dimensions, mounting pattern, thread, hole pitch
  • ·Modify the capacity, sensitivity (mV/V) and output scaling to your specification
  • ·Change cable length, connector type and cable routing
  • ·Upgrade the protection class, including IP67, IP68 and IP69K versions
  • ·Re-brand the firmware and web interface so your product reports as yours
  • ·Build the transmitter and gateway to talk to your PLC or cloud platform
  • ·Produce to your drawing, with your part number on the label

!What we don't do

  • ·We do not supply the structural steel or the mechanical body — we work with your fabricator, or supply one
  • ·We do not take orders below 20 pieces for a complete machine, or 100 boards for a controller
  • ·We do not provide certification for a machine we did not manufacture
  • ·We do not sign NDAs we cannot honour across our entire supply chain
  • ·We do not take responsibility for certification in a hazardous area unless the ATEX or IECEx variant is specified on the order
  • ·We do not quote a lead time we have not checked with production

Clear boundaries are what let an engineer trust you with a program. If something on the right-hand list is a blocker for your project, tell us early — it is far cheaper than discovering it after the tooling is committed.

How an ODM programme runs

  1. 1

    Requirements review

You share the interface, protocol, certification and volume. We assess feasibility within 24 hours and tell you straight if it is out of scope.

  2. 2

    Technical proposal

Our engineering team returns a proposal with the specification, the non-recurring engineering cost, the timeline and the price, within 3–5 working days.

  3. 3

    Prototype and validation

First prototypes in 2–4 weeks, with full functional testing and a sample calibration certificate for your own bench.

  4. 4

    Certification

We handle CE, FCC, RoHS and UL. For hazardous areas, ATEX or IECEx versions are specified on the order and certified before shipment.

  5. 5

    Production

Production line set up with staged QC. Scalable from hundreds to hundreds of thousands, with per-unit calibration and serial traceability.

  6. 6

    Ongoing support

Firmware updates, technical support and continuous improvement. A 12-month discontinuation notice and 5-year spare part availability.

12-month discontinuation notice

On any model that has entered your BOM. If a model must end, you are told a year ahead with the cross-reference to an approved equivalent.

5-year spare parts

Spare parts remain available for five years after the last shipment against any model we have supplied to you.

Serial traceability

Every unit is traceable from the serial number back to the spring-element material batch and its calibration record.

Start an ODM project

Send us the specification and the volume. We return a feasibility assessment within 24 hours, including what we cannot do.

ODM project enquiry

Include the interface, protocol, certification requirement and annual volume. If you have an existing drawing, attach it — it is the fastest way to get a meaningful answer.

ODM questions

Can you manufacture under our own brand?

Yes. We run OEM and ODM programmes covering private labelling, custom cable lengths and connectors, modified dimensions and capacities, modified sensitivity, and firmware brand identity. Our NDAs cover your designs, and we keep your technical files under your reference only.

What is the minimum quantity for a private-label programme?

Private-label programmes start at a quantity agreed against the non-recurring engineering cost, usually 500 pieces and up. The actual number depends on how much of the product is customised.

What happens if you discontinue a model that is in our BOM?

We commit to a minimum 12-month discontinuation notice on any model that has entered a customer BOM, and we keep spare parts available for 5 years after the last shipment. Where an approved equivalent exists, we supply the cross-reference and the dimensional comparison so your drawings do not need to change.

How is the non-recurring engineering cost structured?

It covers the one-off work your specification requires: tooling changes, firmware re-branding, custom calibration fixtures and any certification testing that has to be repeated for the modified model. It is quoted as a separate line so you can see exactly what the first order costs and what repeats.
